First, it is NOT 82.6 inches wide. So if you have an 81 inch wide kitchen path like I do, it's actually two inches wide or so, too small to secure. Not at all, because the width when assembled is about 80.5 inches, but the loops that go to the wall hooks are another 1/2 inch in on each side, so the distance between the wall hooks is less than 80 inches. It definitely annoyed me that I waited three days for this only to have it returned because it's a thread too small. Well, if you have a slightly smaller doorway, like 75 inches or so, this will likely work for you. It's constructed like all other cheap running nets, small retractable poles fit into pockets on the sides, elasticated loops in each of the four corners, and several different wall hook options. I personally bought some £5 hooks instead because I'm trying to keep my pup out of the kitchen and wanted a little more durability (and detachability so we don't damage the walls).
