No problems here. The manual is sparse and doesn't offer much information on installation and connection. But on my 2006 explorer it worked on a plug and play basis. You need to remove the brackets from the factory Ford radio and install on this unit. No screws were provided, but I found the screws typically used to attach a computer hard drive work great. The only issues I had were: 1) the included antenna adapter was the wrong one for my model and 2) the wiring for the factory subwoofer was a bit mysterious - you need to connect the individual wires to the blue/white stripe together ( not part of multi-pin connectors). Once I figured that out, the subwoofer worked, but it buzzed every time I turned the unit on. This problem was solved by matching a 4700 ohm resistor to the blue/white wires. The radio sounds just as good as the factory radio and has plenty of power. Steering wheel controls, GPS and a speakerphone also work well. The radio lacks RDS/PTY, which is surprising, and you can only switch between six radio stations at once using the steering wheel controls. Otherwise I have no complaints. It's been up and running for over a month now and I've had no problems. It's a good radio for the price.
