I'm not ready to part with my flat iron just yet, but this is a great option if you're too lazy to fix your hair. Two things: 1) I felt the need to use a cleaning brush when I left and 2) bought the chi cream which made the biggest difference. Not easy. Heavier than iron. Be ready to use it when it gets hot as it shuts off after an hour.
