Excellent sound quality on the handset and speakerphone. Best I've ever used
Comprehensive software. Unless you're a pro at configuring IP phones, be prepared for a long learning curve, setting up a configuration server on your computer and downloading software from Polycom. Still, you're likely to miss a few things. Deploying IP phones isn't easy, even for SIP names and addresses to make them work. If you're not a pro and are transitioning to VOIP, offer to buy a VOIP service that will host your PBX and phone number. This phone is available for many of these services and you probably won't be disappointed.
