Unusable. BUYER BEWARE

Installation didn't take long I didn't even have to use the instructions. However, he already has problems with the base after only 24 hours of running time. I sat on standby for 28 minutes waiting for a response from tech support. When I asked her what good is an alarm system if you can't set it up and leave the house, she replied that it's good that it's in place, but due to her underlying issue, we can't guarantee it will actually work when you return home. Call us back and then we'll try to make an awful shoot! Wtf, let me just leave work and run straight home. I will return and return to adt. They also said that they are under no obligation to guarantee or help you if you didn't buy it from their website.
