I like how easy it is to set up, use & customize your own forms for each user role! The process was simple enough that most people could do this without any help from our team at all - we were able solve almost everything they needed us with through their support channel or via email when things got tricky. Their customer service has been great as well so far- always quick responses from both teams in New York (>99% reply within 24hrs). Could be better about including more text fields instead some times you need multiple lines just because there's not much space left over after adding pictures etc.- but other than those minor nitpicks its very nice platform overall :) We're using VAS mainly for gathering information during onboarding/interviews before starting work projects together. It makes them feel comfortable knowing someone will get back promptly if something doesn't seem right since questions.
