Absolutely horrible as a scraper
I wanted a scraper that didn't have metal under the rubber to avoid accidents from window scratches that I've had before. It seemed to fit the bill even though the tires are short. The rubber is too thin and flexes in opposite directions when you pull down to clean the window, leaving streaks and lots of water in places. Also, the part of the handle that screws into the other part of the handle has not been tightened, so the bottom part of the bar handle keeps rotating during use. I would not recommend it.
