I bought this omelet maker because my husband egg whites "Loves omelets but I fail when I try to make an omelet in a regular pan on the stove. This little beauty does her job. My omelets turn out perfect every time. It took me about 3 tries to perfect them because i wasn't sure if i should sauté the veggies first and then put them in the omelet and i wasn't sure how fast the omelet would start cooking so i didn't know how long i had to put the ingredients i did However figured it all out and finally realized that I didn't need to greet the veggies first and would rather have all my ingredients handy and ready to put on the table, immediately pour onto the yolks. I I cooked the omelettes for about 12 minutes, which some other reviews recommended. I would recommend this product to others.
