Items are sold as new but are not

This item was not new. It had obviously been bought and returned before. The main body of the telescope was covered in fingerprints and scratched. Although I have no problem with used stuff, if I wanted used stuff I would have bought used stuff cheaper, but it was a gift and obviously it was used stuff, it wasn't ok. Update: The product didn't fit either, I sent it back for a refund.
