Review on 🥕 Slice It(TM) Express Mandoline Slicer: New 2015 Model with 8 Functions & 4 Interchangeable Blades by Cody Hinckley

I've wanted to increase the amount of vegetables in my diet, but as you know, it takes a lot of preparation. This mandolin slicer changes all that. It is very easy to use and does an excellent job in no time. I still play with mine because it has so many cutting options and there are so many veggies to try. Thanks to this slicer, I've achieved my goal of increasing the number of veggies, and as a bonus, I'm trying new ones that I would never have approached with a knife. (Now I can tell you that julienned raw beets make a great salad.)
