Review on Four Paws Night Flasher Cable by Scott Wilson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hard wearing, top quality, BRILLIANT

High quality, durable cable with backlight. It doesn't kink - my cats pounce on it, dogs and cats chase each other, and the cord is thick and stiff enough that it can't easily wrap around your leg or neck (or ankle). Matter). It has large pivoting steel clamps at each end. I have a mixed breed dog that weighs about 11lbs - she is strong, with a barrel chest, muscular neck and relatively long legs (comparable to a miniature fox terrier) - she suits the cable but with its long, heavy clip (about 3.5 inches long) it would be too heavy/bulky for a small/skinny dog like a Yorkie, Poodle or Chihuahua. But the cable is so good that maybe the clip at the end of the dog could be replaced with a smaller one. , lighter My yard isn't fenced - I bought it so passers-by could see the cable in the grass and not think they were in imminent danger of an attack. Sparkling in the sun (beautiful!), it can be seen during the day, but the porch light and streetlights aren't enough to illuminate it at night, although a flashlight or spotlight will do. Perfect, exactly what I wanted and top quality PS As the previous reviewer mentioned I never leave my dog on a leash without being in close proximity and BE AWARE. The dog, a Chihuahua, was killed by a large tramp on a leash in the yard of the house. I stood with my back only a few feet away and got ready to water the lawn, but I didn't see the dog coming any closer. My dog barked a few times and I heard a dull growl, turned around and it was all over - 3-4 SECONDS was enough for everything. Destructive and completely avoidable.
