Easy Easy Easy! best in my review

I've used the Gila adhesive film on my garage windows and was impressed by how easy it was to use. So when it came time to put some film on my door sidelights, I turned to Gila again. But this time I used the cling product.Don't be afraid to try this yourself. It's super easy. I do recommend going to the Gila website and reviewing their 'how-to' videos. I didn't and made a few mistakes along the way, but nothing that caused major issues. Also, I purchased the Gila application kit, which comes with the application solution, a low-lint cloth, a squeegee and a trimmer. It was worth the $8.97.My biggest recommendation is make sure your window and its edges are VERY clean. I was putting this product on newly replaced, wood-framed glass, and found that while I thought I had cleaned up after the installers well, there was still a lot of small debris. This debris becomes very noticeable if it gets trapped between the window glass and the vinyl. My second recommendation is don't be afraid to wet your window and your cling! And if you're working a long glass, like I was, you may even need to spray the glass periodically during the install. If you're glass gets too dry, you can't easily position the vinyl. You're going to be squeegeeing the liquid out, so spray it down.
