I read the bad reviews and I knew that some people had problems with the installation. I did the same. Seriously, if you don't clean the screen and then keep cleaning it, you're going to get air bubbles around every tiny speck of dust and you won't be able to get rid of the bubble. Also installing this in a NASA clean room will help. Glad you have two of these screen protectors. I needed both. Although I thought I cleaned the screen, there was dust and air bubbles that I couldn't get rid of, so let's move on to the second try. 1.) I cleaned and cleaned the screen again and then cleaned some more. 2.) I placed the tablet horizontally on a surface away from the vents with plenty of room. 3.) I took the protective film by the edges (I have big hands) with the sticky side down and then removed the protective film. 4.) I carefully aligned the screen protector and adjusted it slightly from the edge, being careful not to press on it. 5.) After the protective film was aligned, I gently pressed on one corner. 6.) The screen protector shrunk by itself and there were only a few air pockets at the edge, which I smoothed out slightly with a lens cleaning cloth. I guess the nature of the beast is that it's sensitive to dust, but once installed it looks and works well. Much luck!
