Review on EVGA Supernova Modular Warranty 220 G5 1000 X1 by Charlie Wilson

DO NOT BUY THIS POWER SUPPLY! Spend an extra $50 and get Seasonic! I bought this PSU in November for a rebuild with 3080 and 5900x. A month later I went on vacation for two weeks and left the power unplugged just in case. I come back and everything works fine for a day or so and then all of a sudden my CPU started interfering, I had recurring crashes (straight into a black screen and reboot, no BSOD) when trying to run games and I pretty much replaced pretty much everything on the system only to find out it was this PSU that for some reason couldn't handle a 700 watt load when it was rated at 1000 watts. Luckily I was able to send each processor back because they fried it. Now I have a Seasonic 1000W in my system and all my problems are gone immediately. Never buy an EVGA product again, this $200 power supply is almost over $1000 in parts!
