These valves look very high quality and are solid. They work great with all the valves I've tested them with. They adhered well to the threads, with the exception of one valve where the valve had excessive rubber coating on the threads. I have found that they lock the valve threads securely as long as the valve cap is screwed all the way in. I appreciate the replacement discs for the shredder side of the cartridge. However, some written instructions from AstroAI should perhaps be included to explain that these are replacement gaskets and are not intended for use on the 1/4" NPT side, as at least one reviewer has described. Gasket replacement instructions are required to explain that the cartridge assembly can be disassembled to reveal/replace the rubber gasket. As received, the gaskets have been fitted into the NPT side of each cartridge. I can understand the confusion but not a mistake of cartridge design or construction This is a good set and should last for many years.
