Great idea, suitable for measuring and marking tools

This is a great idea, but the design of the product is not very good. The thumb grips are non-locking so you can switch quickly. Works if you take your time and screw the thumb studs really tight.

Pros

Use the sliding ruler to quickly measure angle and size, lock it in place, then attach the ruler to the material you need to cut, quickly draw the size and cut it out. This saves you time and improves your work and productivity.
