Poor design of collars, harnesses and leashes
Conveniently, the collar broke right after the return window. During the tack, my horse's buddy somehow grabbed the collar and pulled hard enough to pull the screws out and take them off. (Yes, it was assembled correctly). When I removed the ring the next day I was shocked to see the screws sticking out. I couldn't screw them back in because they snapped. When it's not broken, it perfectly keeps him from mapping anything.
