The best collar in the world!

The best collar I have ever used. It's really expensive but it works and it's comfortable for my horse. It doesn't rub on wounds like metal.

Pros
  • Nicely packaged
Cons
  • Hard to say

Works if tight enough.

Won't make my mare jump if firm enough. I live in Florida and hate using it. Too hot and humid as it turned out. I always say if my horse could understand 3 words - no cheat sheets

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Totally Ineffective

This collar is designed for VERY heavy use and looks like it should do the job, but it doesn't. I was using a French collar and needed a new one so I decided to try this one. Totally useless unless he's SO HERE I can't in good conscience leave the mare with him.

Best Crib Collar

This is the best crib collar. It shouldn't choke your horse severely and still works, it doesn't frizz around the neck or chafe. I wish I could try this style first, now I have 2 other collars that I will never use again and wasted my money.

Poor design of collars, harnesses and leashes

Conveniently, the collar broke right after the return window. During the tack, my horse's buddy somehow grabbed the collar and pulled hard enough to pull the screws out and take them off. (Yes, it was assembled correctly). When I removed the ring the next day I was shocked to see the screws sticking out. I couldn't screw them back in because they snapped. When it's not broken, it perfectly keeps him from mapping anything.

I don't know why I waited so long!

I am a new owner of an OTTB horse. He was chewing and sucking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when I got him. He was having a hard time maintaining his weight and was very nervous. I was concerned about putting a collar on him, thinking it was a "torture tool" and would change his personality. For this reason I was also kicked out of 2 barns. Finally, at the urging of the 3rd barn, I was forced to buy a collar. I read a lot of reviews, some were great and others said it didn't work at all or…

Stop being so subtle!: Collars

I rescued this horse from a pen and of course I have no idea of his past. I got lucky after buying a horse scope that nobody saw except for a few photos taken in the kill pen. Something said, "Go on," and I did. She has no faults other than a slight tingling in the stall. Her teeth are still fine with no signs of premature wear (was at the equine dentist) so I knew I had to find something to prevent this nasty blemish. I did a lot of research on how to control my hair and this collar won out…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
