Buyer warning! The paint is ruined!

I bought this because my car had to sit for a few months and I wanted to protect it. My car was clean and dry when I painted it and the paint was in good condition. I just took this cover off after 3 months and my paintwork is ruined. Those white spots are everywhere. I just cried I was trying to protect my paint and this thing ruined it. The grinding paste won't fix it either.
