This is the absolute worst hole punch imaginable, other than one that doesn't punch any holes at all. It takes a lot of effort to punch a hole in a plain paper bag. If you're trying to punch through two thin sheets of paper, you'll need both hands. I've hit them less than 50 times (with both hands) and they're already stuck. Worse, you can't even return it. Small children don't have enough arm strength to use this. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 is because the handles are cute. A complete waste of money.
