Review on Jen Manufacturing Inc Poly Brush by Tara Ford

I have been commissioned to remove the honey oak tree from our house for a long time! I used MANY foam brushes during this process, these are the only ones I give feedback on because they are amazing compared to 99% of the options! I have used them with paint, gel paint and resin coatings.1. These are very durable brushes - it's not just a wooden frame with a molded piece of styrofoam on top. These guys (if you've used them, you know.) don't hold their shape and after a few uses will just sag from the weight of the liquid you're using them with. These brushes actually have a piece of material (like a thin, hard piece of felt) in the middle that keeps the brush from hanging down. The foam itself is excellent - with other brushes I've seen chunks dislodge from the smallest snags in the wood I'm painting/staining. They feel like a dense foam that also helps hold their shape.3. Longevity - both parts above talk about durability, but one thing I've been able to do with these brushes that I wouldn't dream of trying with other brushes is wash them out and use them again - yes you have heard correctly. I colored the stuff white and went to the sink, rinsed it, dried it with paper towels and it was almost new. The second (and third time!) I used these brushes like I had a brand new one. I will never buy any other foam brush again. I'm sold!
