I like how easy it was for me as an amateur florist in learning this software! The interface of everything seemed very clear but not too complicated at all which made using easier than other programs we've used before (like SquareSpace).
There were no downsides about our experience with them so far - they have been great people who are always willing/able help us out whenever needed!! They're also super nice when dealing through email or phone calls if there's something unclear from their end :) We had some issues regarding orders being placed by customers once payment has already gone thru because sometimes payments can be delayed depending upon your bank account balance etc., however these problems seem resolved now since last week update :D Their customer service team seems extremely helpful even though things might take time due do high volume traffic during peak hours especially weekends & holidays haha ;).
