Works in [unraid][KVM] 6.8.2 when traversing 4 separate IOMMU groups!
It took 3 different cards to finally find one that worked out of the box. Just change the syslinux configuration: add vfio-pci.ids=1912:0015 pcie_acs_override=downstream,multifunction initrd=/bzroot (your pci id will probably be different). I maxed out my external USB hard drive at 225MB/s, but I'm pretty sure it can run much faster, even in a x1 Gen 3 slot.
