Review on Efficient White Stoneware Grease Keeper: Store and Dispose of Grease Safely & Stylishly by Casey Frazier

I was very happy with this product when I first received it. It looks nice on the counter and functionally seems to work well with bacon grease and other cooking oils. However, my only issue, which brought me from 5 stars to 3 stars, is the mesh "filter" under the lid. The metal ring is small enough to fall into the container. Sometimes I can balance it perfectly so it doesn't fall, but the slightest slap will drop the ring in the grease and have to be fished out. It's far from perfect and it's a real pain in the ass. If the metal ring was 1/8 inch larger it would fit just fine, but unfortunately it doesn't. Disappointed with it. countertops)
