They sent a burnt product on cargo ships

I was sent a defective product or it is definitely not new. The plastic film on one part is completely burned into the trunk mat. I understand it shouldn't arrive flat, which is good, but the trunk mat is DEFINITELY not new! It looks like it could break at any moment!
