After about 20 lock/unlock uses I wanted to unlock this lock with the custom combination I set when I first got it and let it don't unlock. The lock got stuck for some reason, I guess I accidentally reset the combination to something random when it was unlocked and in my pocket (which is VERY easy btw). Still, I had to use bolt cutters to cut open the lock and get all the valuables out of my locker (which was pretty easy). If you're buying a lock like this with the ability to customize the combination I'd really suggest getting something of a higher quality as you'll save yourself a ton of time/hassle when the thing inevitably gets reset.
