Malfunction immediately
Right out of the box, the thing didn't work properly. There was a short or cold solder somewhere in the electronics. The device flashes when it is put into grinding mode (grinding mode should correspond to turning off the device). When switching to weld mode, I couldn't get it to dim, regardless of the sensitivity settings. Changed battery, problem remained. I flashed myself about 5 times before finally realizing it was just broken. The actual fit seemed good and the larger field of view would have been nice if it worked.
