I got this portable monitor for my daughter a little over a year ago and it worked fine for about a couple of months so she contacted support and they found that the problem was with the C-port cable. They sent us a new cable and now the monitor works great! She says it's a bit heavy, but she likes that it's thin, which makes it easy to carry around. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this product.
