Review on ⛄ ARRIS Hot and Cold Ankle Pack by Dino Burks

I recently bought an Arris Cold/Hot Ankle Support Set and an extra set so I can rotate them. I've noticed that ankle wraps don't hold in the cold like they do for feet. I needed this style because of the type of surgery I had recently. So, according to the package insert, I emailed the manufacturer to let them know about the problem. This was difficult as it was during their Chinese New Year and in a different time zone. When I contacted them they didn't help me as I bought this through Revain. I told them their customer service was a sham and I would never buy anything from China again. I would not recommend purchasing this product for any reason
