Cool seaplane. It's more than I imagined. Almost too big for very small children. The propeller turns. It's kind of floating. The problem is that it sinks with the smallest wave in the water. In the picture of the plane you can see the ventilation holes that are located on top of the pontoons. When the plane is in the water it will float, but the smallest wave will cause the water to fall into the pontoons and the plane will sink. Our family used the jet in the hot tub and the movement of the water from the jets caused the jet to constantly sink. Look for the word "sink" in other reviews and you'll find that this is a common complaint. After sinking, if you lift it upside down out of the water, it will quickly dry out and then float back up. The manufacturer should add some sort of flaps that will let water through but make it difficult for water to get in.
