You have all the nutrients your plants need. I use it, but not without problems. If you apply them according to the directions, they tend to spread and come out of the substrate due to the air trapped in the capsule. I poke holes in the ends of the pods, but even so, the pod sometimes crawls to the surface, leaving a small bluish bubble sticking out of the substrate. The plants seem to like it, but I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble. Still working on a referral, give me another month.
