When the capsules came out my friends and I had a morning coffee tasting. We made many cups of coffee. We settled on two and one, Tully's Kona was eventually discontinued and the other Caribou "Blend" - no other Caribou names, this is the one that stuck with my coffee. It is a medium blend, smooth and without bitterness. You can sometimes find it in grocery stores, but most of the time you have to order it. I search every time to find the best price. I drink mine with both powdered creamer and a little heavy creamer. When I make it this way, no extra sugar is needed, and we all know that we need to keep a spoonful of sugar away from us whenever possible. This blend allows me to drink coffee this way. Tastes like "coffee".
