My dog is 10 lbs and the medium fits him great. But please measure just to be sure.They are the most adorable designs and they have a high quality feel.They are very absorbent, these are the first I have bought, I love the designs I bought a couple different packs!I will say, that if you dog is hair like my dog, you really need to make sure all of the velcro is covered because their hair will get stuck in it!They are also easy to clean. Just toss them in the washer. Spot treat when needed!
