Inconvenient puller, good gasket installer
This two arm puller is horribly constructed and impossible to use. (The 90 at the end of the arms lacks the U-bend needed to grip the seal without slipping. Also requires 3 jaws as 2 are useless and impossible to juggle.) I spent 2 days trying to get a gasket out. As a result, I had to remove the cooler and use an ice pick. DO NOT BUY a set of professionally installed new gaskets!
- Allows you to replace the crank gasket without removing the crankcase, saving you time and money. Don't be afraid to scratch the surface of the crankshaft.
