Review on VinBalance by Brian Cheney

I like that it provides my customers with their balance as well as allowing them to pay when they are ready for payment instead if waiting until we have time set aside especially in this tough economy! The only thing is some times there can be errors which make me not want to use so maybe just stick to something you know works. It has helped our staff keep track off where everything stands at once rather than having to go back every week or two check up on things. This is a very simple system to use. The customer service has been great as well! It is not user friendly for someone who isn't tech savvy at all. There are some things that you have to learn how to do yourself but it's easy when you get used to it. If you have a small winery this is perfect for you. We were able to keep track of everything in one place. I was also able to create reports without having to send them to our accountant.
