Review on 🖥️ Silence Enhanced! Pure Base 600 Black - BG021 Mid-Tower ATX with Dual Pre-Installed Cooling Fans by Matthew Peterson

I like this case as it has a clean conservative design to accommodate my new gaming PC. I'm an old nut who doesn't care about bright LEDs, just high wattage ones. The two included fans keep my system temperature within a safe temperature range, making the case perfect for my needs. Plenty of interchangeable drive bays were included if for some reason I wanted to put together a network file server. The design is mature, as one would expect from the German engineers. No sharp metal edges, durable housing. The only problem (the reason for the lack of a 5th star) is the manufacturing (made in China). One of the motherboard supports was solid (it was missing a 6-32 threaded hole). Although Revain support was quick to issue me an RMA for a refund, I was disappointed with their "technical support" as it was their response to a $0.15 replacement for a defective and easily replaceable part. I ended up ordering a replacement block from which I could remove the defective replacement part (I couldn't find the exact height of the part locally) and then shipped the extra block back. The supplier of this product must either work this out with the manufacturer or send a small package of additional racks with each unit. Despite the disappointment and delay associated with solving my problem, I would buy this computer case again if I were to build another computer. The end product is so good.
