I bought this to remove wrinkles from DIY carpets in 2 rooms and it worked for me. As a result of using this tool, I have reduced my rug by 1 inch and my wrinkles have disappeared. I avoided paying a hefty professional service fee to get this job done. The tool is well made, the padding is sufficient, the teeth are adjustable.
