I bought this to remove wrinkles from DIY carpets in 2 rooms and it worked for me. As a result of using this tool, I have reduced my rug by 1 inch and my wrinkles have disappeared. I avoided paying a hefty professional service fee to get this job done. The tool is well made, the padding is sufficient, the teeth are adjustable.

Over the years I have often needed and had to hire carpet stretchers. For a little more than the cost of renting it, I own it now. This item is of good quality and should last forever with my current use. It seems to have all the features of the much more expensive ones.

Purchased to remove wrinkles on carpet. After using the carpet, the wrinkles disappeared. There were no instructions in the kit so I watched a video on YouTube and started figuring it out. I changed the settings to 3 when the wrinkles started to disappear. I have never removed carpet and had no experience prior to using it.

Sturdy product that works great. My old rug had wrinkles so I didn't expect it to stretch like new. I hope they smooth out a bit over time. The only downside (and not the product's fault) is that your knees will hurt after a while. After a while I asked my brother for help after using both knees. Warning: Do not wear shorts above the knees. I got a carpet burn from leaning down too far. user error. :)
