Review on Conversocial by Brett Kolpack

The platform offers an easy way to create multiple chatbots that can be used in different applications (eCommerce store or CRM). It's also very flexible - you have full control over how your bot works, what features it has etc., as well there are many plugins available from developers/the community which extend its functionality even further! I don't like all those prompts when creating new conversations because they take too long time to load up my screen so sometimes i forget about them but overall this tool does work great if you know exactly where do want go with it and use only parts of their product you need :) We're using Chatbot Engines integration through Conversation Manager API plugin along other integrations we've created ourselves via Zapier app & Salesforce AppExchange connector.
