Review on Uiuix Puppy Whelping Collars: 5 Record Keeping Charts, 15 Colorful ID Collars, Adjustable Bands for Breeders by April Andrews

I used this for my first litter of AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgis. All in all this is a great product! Post pages are amazing! I made a photocopy of this to use in future litters. Collars are a great idea, but I have a few minor issues. Some of them remained attached to the birthing mat and pulled away from the pup. I don't know if it was a collar issue, user error, or an overzealous pup, but either way I had two of them which were eventually replaced with real collars. Everyone else is still doing great with their two-week-old puppies. My second minor complaint is that light blue and aqua colored collars fade very quickly and look exactly the same color. I see this as a big problem for those who have puppies that look the same with no clear markings. The celadon collar was one of the two mentioned above that stuck to the mat and didn't stay on the pup, so swapping it out for a real collar once the pup got older wasn't a big deal. Overall I am very happy with these collars and writing pages!
