Review on Ownsig by Kenneth Cotton

I recently made a purchase on the Ownsig online store, and I must say that I was left with a very negative impression of the entire process. The products I ordered did not match the description on the website, nor did they have the quality that was advertised. It was impossible to get a smooth and even application with the nail polish I purchased because it was extremely watery and streaky. In addition to that, the procedure of shipping was a total and complete nightmare. My order did not appear for more than two weeks, and when it finally did, the packaging was torn and the products inside were scattered in a disorderly manner. It was abundantly obvious that no effort had been made in any way to ensure that the products would be adequately protected while they were in transit. To make matters even worse, I tried to get in touch with customer support in order to receive assistance, but I did not receive a response. My efforts to get a refund or exchange for the item were completely ignored, leaving me with a sensation of being cheated and frustrated. My experience shopping at Ownsig's internet store was, all things considered, a major letdown. This store does not carry any beauty or personal care items that are of a high enough standard for me to recommend it to anyone.
