I purchased these pinky toe sleeves to wear with my heels that cut off my circulation in my pinky toe for work. I was really concerned with what damaging effects this could cause to my pinky toe so wanted to do something to try to prevent it. These cushions work great to prevent my heel strap from pushing into my skin on my pinky toe. I do find on the occasion I have to constantly readjust but they serve their purpose and for that reason I gave them five stars. They do get a little sticky though at the end of the night but I have had no issues with reusing.
