Review on πŸ”ͺ EZE LAP DD6SF Diamond Sharpening Tool with Included Sharpening Stone by Mark Kolipano

This is the best sharpener

I have a set of kitchen knives that have dulled my butter knife over the years. I've seen videos of people claiming the knife was "blunt" and they could still cut paper. It was really boring. You can hit her on the arm and not hurt yourself at all. The paper just crumpled under the blades. I have tried other sharpening systems such as the Spyderco Sharpmaker. The problem is that the knives were too blunt for this system. I ordered it and hoped for the best. I spent an hour on the block tonight and after about an hour and a half I found myself with a knife that could shave off hair with little effort. I chopped up some onions and peppers and smiled the whole time. The blade just glides over the veggies, it's amazing. I really thought those knives were gone, but with the help of this block I was able to get at least one back. I'm working on a second blade right now and I can feel the blade slowly coming back. My advice is to only apply light pressure and understand that if the knife is very dull this will take a long time.
