On the one hand, these tuna-flavored cat chews from Vita Cat are intended to freshen cats' breath and help their teeth. Plus, they're made with natural ingredients, including cranberry fruit powder, parsley extract, and chickpea flour. All of that is good. But the smell of tuna from these soft chewing gums is hard for even our cat to stomach, I think. If I give her one of these treats before I put her regular food in her bowl, she will sniff a bite and leave because she wants her regular food. She will eat these gummies, but they must be mixed with other foods. I don't think she likes them. Cats can be picky about this. So while these gummies are undoubtedly intended to benefit cats' health, the ingredients may be a bit over the top and unfortunately give off an unpleasant odour.
