I bought an old Stihl chainsaw to fell some large trees in my yard, found that one of the bar bolts had snapped off so I was looking for ways to fix that . All the big brands are very expensive and seem like a waste of time as you only get one size or have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a multi size set. It fit the bill and worked great. I have a number of different sizes in case I need it in the future and it has worked just as well as any of the others. While I was only working with aluminum, the tap cut like clockwork and made a perfect thread. The spool screwed in easily and held the rod bolt nice and tight. My old paperweight chainsaw is working again!
