This screwdriver has some very useful aspects. First, it's a ratchet, so it's easy to use in tight spaces. In addition, the connection between the handle and the shaft can be folded at a 45 or 90 degree angle, which further expands the possible uses of this tool in the tightest of spaces. Bits are tucked away in the handle and easy to grab but won't accidentally fall out. The bits also match the receiver perfectly - some of the ones I've used in the past wobble a bit, but this one doesn't. Cons: Tool is heavy. It's no surprise when everything is built into it and it's pretty solid. The bit selection is good, except that they are all aimed more at smaller applications, Torx in particular. It's a bit out of place for a screwdriver handle of this size. The flat and Phillips screwdrivers are also a bit smaller than you would want in a general purpose screwdriver, but the options actually cover over 90% of the situations you're likely to encounter. So all in all a very good tool, especially if you can't lug around a whole set of tools.
