This thin silicone rubber case fits the Harmony 650 like a glove. Exactly what I wanted for the 650 that will be sitting in a patio , which is vulnerable to dust, possible moisture and falls on hard surfaces. There were no instructions with the lid. I put it on the remote control and used it all evening. I immediately realized that the thin silicone covering the screen is hopelessly blurring the screen. I brought the remote in to tweak it a little with the MyHarmony software and noticed that the thin silicone covering the screen was already a bit torn. So I took a razor blade and carefully cut off the offending screen cover. This gave me direct touchscreen access and a very sharp image. Although the silicone is somewhat transparent, it's not transparent enough to read printed words under certain buttons like "Television" and "Watch Movie". You just need to know about these braille keys. Simple buttons like menu, guide, about, exit, play/pause, fast forward and back, and arrow keys are much easier to see through silicone. It's a good investment to protect your remote control and extend its lifespan.
