They're strong, light weight, hold my bottles well and look great! I don't believe people who mention the cage scratched their water bottles. are you using the right screws? If you use the screws that came with your frame, they will scratch your bottle as they are too big and won't fit in the cage's recess. Using the screws that come with the cages will prevent the bottle from being scratched. It works great! (I installed both bolts to compare.) And I love how the matte finish looks on the bike! In the photo, the top screw is included in the cage, the bottom screw is included in my bike frame. You can see the larger screw sticking out too far. Use the ones that come with the frame and you'll love these cages!
