Good for the price but problems with Android

I bought 2 of these, one for my friend's 2012 Chevy Equinox and one for my 2008 Chevy Impala. She has an iPhone and I have an Android (Samsung). The device itself is very unobtrusive and is exactly what we were looking for. It also generates minimal static noise when no music is playing. I think it also has to do with the quality of the aux port it's plugged into. The device pairs perfectly and consistently with my girlfriend's iPhone, automatically when she gets in the car. Unfortunately it can't connect to my Android and even when I tried to connect manually it said it couldn't. (It should also be noted that I wasn't connected to any other Bluetooth device.) I had to physically unplug and plug in the USB port to connect. Very annoying. I sent mine back as I'd rather just plug in the auxiliary cable than reset the key every time. It's hit or miss with this device! It either does its job or fails miserably. For the price it's not a big deal though.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
