As an athlete, I took protein supplements for 15 years. I've tried everything from high-end whey isolates to cheap high-sugar blends. I've also been taking casein supplements separately depending on what my goals are at the moment. I've had experiences with the good, the bad, the expensive, the cheap, the delicious, the gross, and everything in between. In this product the blend/ratio of whey, casein and egg proteins are very similar. compared to more expensive mixes. I'm not usually too picky about flavors, but this protein tastes great; like a desert after training! I just mix it with water in a shaker and that's it. The value is outstanding when you compare the price per serving size to the competition. I actually bought it when he had the coupon so it turned out to be the cheapest option. Overall, this protein is an ideal option for those looking to supplement their usual protein intake, as well as for athletes looking for pre/post/during workout support. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't tell you exactly how many grams of each protein you're getting per serving.
